This boy came from a hoarding situation where he lived most of his life in a crate. Now he struggles to walk properly given that his joints, and bones, did not have the chance to grow as they should. Despite his unfortunate beginnings, Pebbles has so much love to give. He's such an entertaining little dog. There's something undeniably unique about him. He's sure to win over plenty of hearts.
