Glaslyn is an affectionate cuddly oh so cute 17 lbs Chihuahua mix
When she arrived she was timid and nervous. Glady wanted to stay in her kennel/penned area
UNTIL she discovered the soft cozy beds. Know these are her favorite places.
So far she is quiet (no barking), calm and lower energy.
Glady has adapted to my dog but she has no interest in playing. I think young children would scare and overwhelm her
at this stage. She needs more time to get used to home life.
Glady sleeps quietly in her kennel at night until she hears her people getting up then she softly whines
to get out and happily great everyone.
Outside is a scary place (and cold) and she needs slow exposure. However with her lower energy she is very content just relaxing with you inside. Her sweet, calm, not demanding energy makes her a pleasure to just have around.
Gladys list for a perfect home would be
-kind loving people who give her rubs
-several very soft cozy places to nap/relax
-good meals and treats
-calm environment
-a few sweater to help keep her warm
-patient people who let her adjust to new things at her pace
