đž Meet Pearl đž
Pearl is truly one of the sweetest Dobermans youâll ever meet. From the moment she arrivedâduring a very stressful situationâall she wanted was gentle face pets, cuddles, and reassurance. Sheâs incredibly affectionate and will quickly become your little shadow, often âboopingâ your face to show love and ask for attention.
đ Personality & Highlights
Extremely loving, cuddly, and people-oriented
Very smart and eager to learnâalready picked up sit and down within days
Highly food-motivated, making training fun and easy
Crate trained and settles beautifully when directed
Low-maintenance coat with minimal shedding
đ Behaviour & Training
House-trained (no accidents when on a regular walk schedule)
Learning leash manners and improving quickly
Rarely barksâmay softly whimper when she misses you or wants cuddles
Can be a bit restless if under-stimulated, so regular exercise and mental enrichment are key
đś Social Skills
Dogs: Can live with other dogs with proper introductions, but would likely thrive best as the only dog in the home where she can fully relax
Cats: Her calm nature suggests she may do well with cats
Children: Very gentle and trusting with humansâwould likely do well with respectful kids
đ Other Notes
Still working on settling in the car
Loves food, dislikes the cold âď¸
Has a funny habit of hoarding toysâsheâll happily build her own little treasure pile
đĄ Ideal Home
Pearl would thrive in a loving home where:
She has a cozy, designated space (she LOVES her crate and settles best there)
She gets daily walks, training, and mental stimulation
Her environment is managed to prevent boredom (she can get a bit mischievousâRIP one rubber boot đ
)
Ideally sheâs the only dog, or with experienced owners who can continue positive introductions and training
â ď¸ Things to Know
Pearl can be a bit territorial over her crate and toys with other dogs, sometimes growling out of fear if they get too close. She has never shown this behavior toward people. With guidance and continued training, sheâs already making great progressâshe just needs a patient home that understands her boundaries.
⨠Why Youâll Love Pearl
If youâre looking for a loyal, affectionate, and intelligent companion who will shower you with love (and adorable face boops), Pearl is your girl. Sheâs equal parts cuddly and cleverâand ready to find her forever home.
