Barbie is a loving, playful girl who is deeply devoted to her person. She forms strong bonds and thrives when she feels secure and connected. Because of that, she would do best in a calm home with one or two adults who can provide her with consistency, structure, and lots of one-on-one attention.
She can be a little protective of her favorite human, likely because she’s still learning that she doesn’t need to guard her people or her space. With the right guidance and balanced attention from both adults in the home, she has all the potential to grow in confidence and learn to relax more fully.
🏡 Home & Personality
Barbie has a sweet, playful side that really shines once she’s comfortable. She loves playing fetch with her stuffed toys and it’s been wonderful watching her personality blossom. She enjoys affection, companionship, and being part of her person’s daily routine.
She is house-trained and does very well with a consistent schedule. She travels nicely in the car when crated and settles in comfortably.

Barbie generally enjoys her walks and is making steady progress with her leash skills. She does pull at times, but she’s learning and improving with practice.
She can be reactive when she sees other dogs on walks. Positive reinforcement and reward-based training are helping her build better habits and confidence. She would benefit from continued training and a handler who can advocate for her space while she learns.
At home, she may bark when unsure or when she feels the need to alert, but reassurance and structure are helping her feel more secure.
