This giant puppy is looking for a new home with experienced and confident fosters who will be in charge of him. Not letting him get away with things like being up on the table and trying to grab at your arms to direct you where he wants you. Unfortunately his previous owners allowed him to get away with some very bad habits that now need to be fixed. The foster will need to have the time to be committed and consistent with training. He is a Kangal X Black Mouth Cur (Birthday: Oct 28, 2025), hence the need for a home with strict boundaries and rules so that he can thrive.
He has already had some positive training, and has taken a puppy class for basic manners and exposure. He is nervous when he first meets new people, but since he is still quite young, he doesn’t take long to become your buddy. He would likely do well in a home with another large dog, and a family who can keep him busy.
At the facility, where he currently is, he has been introduced to other dogs and gets along well. He does have puppy energy still and will need both mind stimulation and exercise.
