Meet Gremlin 💛
Gremlin is a very sweet and loving dog who wins hearts wherever he goes. He gets along wonderfully with everyone he’s met and shows no signs of shyness or fear around people.
Gremlin loves to play chase and wrestle with other dogs but is respectful of those who prefer not to join in. He’s also great with cats — happily ignoring them — and has shown no reaction to the horses or cows on the property. While untested with young children, he was excellent with the 12-year-old he met.
He’s not a high-energy dog; after a walk or play session, Gremlin is content to curl up and nap at your feet. Still, he’s active enough to enjoy long hikes or runs.
Gremlin stands about 21 inches at the shoulder and weighs approximately 30 pounds.
This well-mannered boy doesn’t jump up on people unless invited and has shown no signs of nipping or biting. He responds beautifully to verbal corrections and is easy to redirect. Gremlin is gentle, affectionate, and just starting to discover how fun toys can be — he hasn’t chewed on anything inappropriate.
He would thrive in an active household where he can be part of daily life. Gremlin enjoys being included in whatever’s going on and just loves being with his people.
There are no behavioral or medical concerns with Gremlin. He may bark briefly when first placed in his crate but settles quickly, especially with a meal or treat inside. He sleeps through the night quietly and willingly goes into his crate, which is currently kept in the bedroom.
Gremlin is well house-trained and very well behaved indoors. He’s had only one accident while adjusting to a diet change and does great when kept on a regular schedule. He’s still learning to signal when he needs to go outside.
In the car, Gremlin lies quietly on the back seat, with only occasional (and improving) whining. His leash manners are coming along nicely — he doesn’t pull and is easy to handle thanks to his medium size. He usually comes when called, sits on command, and loves learning new things.
Overall, Gremlin is a gentle, intelligent, and affectionate dog who wants nothing more than to be close to his people. With his sweet brown eyes and loving nature, he’s sure to melt hearts wherever he goes. 💕
