💕 Meet Pennywise — The Sweetest Boy with a Heart of Gold!
Pennywise is sooo sweet, adorable, and affectionate - pure happiness wrapped in fur! His foster family lovingly calls him Falkor (after The NeverEnding Story), because he’s gentle, loyal, and full of charm. Now that the heavy mats covering him are gone, he’s truly shining and showing off his playful, goofy self.
Pennywise is a dream companion:
🦮 Great on leash and loves going for walks
🍽️ Not a picky eater
🚽 About 98% house-trained (a few accidents may happen in a new environment or schedule)
🐕 Friendly with everyone he’s met and great with other dogs
🎾 Loves squeaky toys, especially balls

Pennywise is estimated to be around 2–3 years old — still playful, but past the puppy stage. He hasn’t chewed anything other than his toys and seems to have had some previous training, possibly in another language. He’s very treat-motivated and is quickly learning basic English commands.
He travels well in the car, though he’d prefer to ride up front if given the chance! When crated for travel, he settles nicely and rides quietly.
He hasn’t been tested with cats or children, but his foster believes he doesn’t have a mean bone in his body.
After being shaved due to severe matting, his foster says he’ll look even more handsome once his coat grows out a bit - though he’s adorable either way.
Pennywise is the full package: affectionate, gentle, well-mannered, and easy to love. His foster admits, “If my resident dog weren’t so entitled, I’d keep him myself!” ❤️
