❤️Affectionate: loves snuggles and does little love snorts when snuggling 💕🐷
🦴Loves food- is very food motivated & very gentle taking treats
🎓Smart and trainable
🐶Gets along well and is playful with every female dog he has met. Ok with males, but doesn’t play with my male resident dog (just neutered so as hormones settle this may change). Walked with a senior small male dog and did not chase or respond when barked at.
🏡House trained and calm in the house
🐕‍🦺Walks well on a leash, no pulling, sits patiently when waiting for humans to finish human chats in public places ⌚️
👶Interested in small kids, met one and did well, but he sometimes jumps up still and doesn’t know his own size, so dog savy families or older kids recommended as training on jumping continues
🐱Not cat tested
🚗Does ok in the car
🐾Does well loose in the house with toys available- hates the crate (Ok overnight in crate with us in the room. Needs more time put into crate training for success if this is a priority for you).
🧸Loves dog toys
🏔️Chill in the house, but think he will make a great adventure buddy for runs, hikes, biking or other adventures.
🐕Only occasional barking if he sees someone walk past the house. Does not bark at the door when resident dogs do, has not barked on leash in public at all.
