Hi, I’m Karma and I like to eat rocks! And dandelions! And..pretty much any kind of toy! (or really - anything that could be possibly considered a toy, I’m a creative girl). My foster mum says that my eyes are ten times bigger than my stomach (I’m secretly a Labrador in disguise - shh!) - or at least, I could be for Halloween :P

I LOVE to play with my foster sister, she has super fun toys to play with, and I love it when we wrestle too. Sometimes I even get a little chatty while I’m playing - I’ve been told I’m like a tiny, sassy tornado. I love to play with my foster mum too, but sometimes I get too excited and forget that I can’t chomp on her hand like a toy with my puppy-piranha teeth - I’m learning though! I also really like to play tug.

I’m still little, so I do still have a couple accidents in the house. I’m slowly getting the hang of it - I know that I’m supposed to go to the back door, and I’ve started to give a little whine when I need to go out - but you need to be quick, cause when a girl’s gotta go….she’s gotta go. I love going for walks, and I’m pretty good on a leash for my age. I don’t pull much, because I like to take in the sights, but I haven’t really caught on yet that I can’t walk in exactly the same spot as you. My foster mum says that sometimes I can be a bit lazy on walks because I will sometimes just sit down until I’m carried for a bit. According to my foster mum, I can be a bit dramatic at times.

Especially with the crate - I don’t like it yet (my foster mum seems to believe I may end up liking it over time, I’m not convinced though). When my foster mum is out of the house and at night (because adventurous and curious are my middle names), I do what she calls “crate-training”. When I first go in, I really like to express myself and sing you the song of my people - my foster mum says I have quite a unique howl when I’m angry. Sometimes I settle down in a few minutes, sometimes I like to give you a piece of my mind for a little longer (just so you really understand). I tend to settle down a little quicker when there’s a blanket over the door, my foster mum will leave a small part of the door uncovered though, just so I’m not just in a dark box by myself, and I like having that so I can peek out. Having a bone while I’m in the crate definitely makes it more fun to spend time in there too.

I have lots of energy and love exploring, but I also really like my naps, especially when I can curl up next to or on you (my foster mum says I’m also a “tiny space heater”). I would love having another dog in the house to play with, but if it’s just me, that’s okay too - because that means I get ALL the attention and cuddles. I can’t wait to meet you and give you ALL my love*!!
