This playful little California girl does not seem to mind the snow at all. She loves going for walks, playing fetch and tug of war. She stands and waits patiently while she is being dressed to go outside. Inside the house, she is the perfect lap dog, loves snuggles and pets. Olive will bark at passers-by if she is sitting in the window but not for very long and will 'shush' if you 'shush' her.

Olive does not like other dogs and can be reactive, so a home with no other dogs. She is also possessive of her 'person' and will be nippy if someone tries to pet her while on her person's lap or being held. Hopefully with more treats and praise and reassurance she can get over this. Due to this, children are not recommended as she needs to work on her confidence. She does not ask to be let outside but will not have accidents if she is used to the routine and kept in a penned area if left alone.
If you want a warm puppy to snuggle on the couch and get you off the couch a couple times a day, this little sweetie is just the girl.
