Athena is a sweet, loving, loyal girl. She is a year old and loves to play. It is important for Athena to go on at least one walk a day to let out her energy. This sweet girl never had the chance to be a puppy, so she is still learning in many ways.

Athena is house trained, walks well on a leash, but does get excited when she sees another dog approaching. Once you gain her trust, she has great recall and listens well. She is very smart and does catch on fast.

She knows, sit, lay down, leave it, sit pretty, shake a paw and spin. We are working on the "stay" command, she does know it but sometimes gets excited about the reward at the end.

Athena is great with other dogs. She overall enjoys playing with everyone but also loves her cuddle time when you go home.

This girl needs a leader that is going to be patient, loving but also teach her the boundaries needed to have a happy dog life. She will be your best friend: where you go, she goes. She loves, love and attention. Athena has lots of potential and will make a great companion for you and your family.
