Alexandra Bugera

Alexandra started volunteering for BARC’s in October of 2021 after foster failing her first foster dog Delilah. She is an avid animal lover (especially dogs) and had always wanted to volunteer with a rescue and jumped at the opportunity when BARC’s was advertising their need for volunteers. She goes through all of our applications, sending the best fits to the fosters, supporting the fosters through the adoption process and helping see through the adoptions until the dogs are in their furever home.

In her free time you can catch her spending most of her time with her dogs, as they keep her real busy. Spending time with family, reading, and in the summers camping and kayaking. Her passion in life is advocating for all the animals with no voice of their own and to help them find families to love them forever. Being a part of BARC’s has changed her life and she is very proud to be a BARC’s team member.
